Planning a delicious banquet meal for your guests is an exciting project to work on with your restaurant and your party hosts. Use these sample 8-10 course banquet meals as a starting point to think about your menu and cost options.

Using the menus below as examples, there are a wide range of available banquet options from $17 to $37 per person, plus additional costs for steamed rice, drinks, tax and gratuity. Generally speaking, as you go up in cost you’ll get fancier preparations with better ingredients, as well as more expensive dishes with duck, fish and lobster.

The options below above $25 per head are very fancy indeed and they’re provided as representative samples, but I wouldn’t necessary expect to see these types of meals at a daytime banquet meal like a Red Egg and Ginger Party.
